Cannot create new mailbox

I cannot create a new Plusnet mailbox using Safari on Apple MacBook Pro. It appears to be a problem with the displaying of the web-site page. If I go into Manage My Mail and select the Mailboxes tab I can see my existing mailbox. But if I click on Add new Mailbox, everything below the tabs vanishes (except for the standard Plusnet footer showing About Us, Careers, Press Office etc.). I can create new Aliases or Redirects. Just not a new Mailbox. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm really sorry to see you're having issues managing your mailboxes.

Can you try zooming out using your web browser's controls then see if you're able to add a new mailbox afterwards?
