Can't send to care4free email addresses

My Care4free.net email is still not fully working. Although I can now receive email and send to many addresses I am unable to send mail to care4free.net email addresses. I get a message:- --- server responded: <name@care4free.net> sender domain rejected (blacklisted by local policy). etc. How can this be rectified? Please help.

I oh s this experience using the browser based webmail client or using an email client on a device?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I have the same issue using Plusnet webmail, Thunderbird email on lap top, and on an android phone email app.

For some time now I have been unable to send emails to yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk or aol.com email addresses.

I am using plusnet webmail.

My workaround is to send a copy to my gmail account and send the same message via gmail.
