Can I transfer email providers but still keep my Plusnet email address?

I've been a Plusnet user since the company began, but since the Greenby migration I've encountered so many issues that I never had when on Plusnet. This includes a massive increase in junk/spam emails every day.

The latest issue is that Greenby are aware of issues with delivery, either emails going into spam, or delivery issues to Gmail, iCloud, and other providers relating to DKIM (a type of email authentication).

"Greenby are working with BT to resolve this as quickly as possible and are aiming to have this solved within a week, but we cannot be more accurate than this currently".

I've just about had enough of this terrible service and wondered if there's any way I can migrate from Greenby to a different service provider but obviously keep my Plusnet email address, which I've had for over 20 years? If it is possible, how do I go about it?

In a word , No. Your Plusnet email is tied to Plusnet/Greenby.

...But you could perhaps arrange for Greenby email to forward emails for your Plusnet email address to another email address.
