Auto Response email

I'm aware this wasn't available several yesrs ago, but wonder if things have changed.

I need to set up an auto response email (like the automatic "out of the office" type used in businesses) in response to any email arriving in my inbox.

Is this possible these days.

In case it matters, my account was originally madasafish, which became freenetname, which became plusnet.

I'm fairly certain this feature isn't available on the web-mail side of things, however, if you have the email set up in a client you may be able to use this feature.
