Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here!

Awesome thanks. I've raised a NetOps task to unarchive his mail which should be done within 3 working days.

Thank you everyone.  Emails (at least most of them) have now come back.

Is it possible to change the system so that the notification that the emails are about to be/have been deleted could go to an alternative address?  or to a mobile number?

Glad that you have most your emails back.

I'm afraid we can't change where we'd send these type of email notifications due to the way the system works.

Hi - An email was sent on 23rd May 22 to say my emails (on email address beginning with k) would be archived as I haven't accessed them since the previous November. I'll be using this email address regularly now. Many thanks.

Please could you restore the archived emails for two mailboxes. One starts with r, the other s.

The other starting 's' was 2022-05-23 04:47

@smron, We won't have your mail for your mailbox beginning with r due to how long it's been, but we may do for your other mailbox starting with s. Can you private message me the full copy of the email you've received?

@jaf, From what I can see we haven't archived your mail. Have you received an email to suggest we have?
