Please restore my archived email. My daughter has shown me how to get rid of the emails I don’t need but I need it restored now, Thank you

@MarshTQ Hi there, I've raised a task to our back-end team to get these mails unarchived for you. 

Please allow 3-5 working days for the mails to appear back in your inbox.

One of our mailboxes seems to have been mostly archived i.e. the Inbox for  <redacted@redacted.plus.com>  (username: redacted) for all messages before 07.16 on Friday 15th August, and the same for its subfolders Sent and Deleted.  

Please could they be un-archived, and then we will transfer most to HD storage on one of our PCs? 

Please ask if you need more information.

I am not seeing any updates from our NetOps team on your account; however, I have raised another request to our team to have another look. Once I have an update, I will be in touch. Normally, I should get an update within 5-6 working days.

I have checked on my side, and I don't see any emails before August. I can get a task raised to check if there is any chance of restoring the vanished emails, although I am not entirely sure if we will be able to. I should have an update within 5 working days. Once I have an update, I will send you an email.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I posted a message on this thread to request the un-archiving of my mailbox (the address begins with ste............. .plus.com).

Helpdesk raised a task with NetOps on my behalf but I haven't heard anything since and my inbox is still missing all messages before 1st August 2025.

Could someone investigate this for me, please?
