Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Hi,

please can you restore the e-mails from our mailbox beginning with "L"? We deleted messages to stay below the size limit, but forgot to empty the "trash" folder, so didn't notice we were still exceeding our quota.

Hi, while on holiday on and using a Kindle I had a 'fat finger' issue during the 1st week of May and managed to delete all my old undeleted emails in my Inbox, some of which are quite important due to a financial issue. Please can you restore them.

I've raised this to the right team and they can still see all the e-mails there.

They may be in your deleted items folder on your device so you should be able to move them back from there

I've been through all my folders and can't find them. When I look at my folders the 'deleted items' folder is greyed out, could this explain it?

Make sure that your email client has subscribed to all of the folders.  There could be more than one trach / deleted items folder if the mailbox has been accessed by more than one email client (device).

How do I subscribe to a folder? When I go to 'Manage Folders' most boxes have a white tick in a blue background, but 5 of them, including 'deleted items' have a grey background. Selceting them makes no difference.
