Good afternoon,

I manage my elderly MiL's e mails for her but have let it slip lately and her folders have now been archived.

Can someone please restore the mails to <redacted>  account ?

Please tell me whether my emails have been archived as I have had no recent warnings (I rcvd one a few weeks ago and deleted emails at that point. No more warnings recently) If so, PLEASE unarchive so that I can delete more. I am currently visiting my centenarian Mother so will have time to work on this next week. Am not very IT literate and am going quietly (not so quietly, actually) mad trying to work out where to post this plea! My fingers are crossed... HELP!

All my emails have disappeared. Have I been archived? or migrated to Greenby? (I knew nothing of Greenby until investigating my email disappearance) New emails are filtering in so possibly not the latter?? As a person of non-techy skills, I would be delighted to hear opinions, receive advice or helped to return to an age of hand-written-in-Copperplate correspondence.
