Hi, still no action on the restoring front despite being told this was being scheduled...when might this be done, please?

Is the new team aware that there is only a 30 day restoration window for these requests?  If the tasks are not raised and completed promptly, the user risks losing the archive completely.

Similarly, is the team aware that there are two archive processes...

  1. Archive due to exceeding the FUP - that leaves a ticket in the CRM and sends an email to the account contact
  2. Archive due to mail box not being been accessed for over 90 days - that does not leave a ticket in the CRM (often leading to the belief that there has been no archive event) and it sends and email to the mailbox ... which has not been accessed

Users are asked to indicate which archive event they want restoring to assist with raising the restoration request, but that does not happen often.

In the case of not accessed archiving, by the time the user finds out that there has been an archive event, a substantial portion of the 30 day window could have passed, making the responsiveness even more critical.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Please unarchive the mailbox, 'Maildir' which I believe is my default mailbox @ansc****.plus.com

I can confirm the team are aware of the archiving processes and the restoration window as the information is available in our knowledge base. If there are any problems with this particular case, we'll receive a reply from our support team.

I need to ask - again - for my email account to be un-archived, please. This is after a few requests now, but there is still no sign of this being done.

BTW this relates to exceeding the storage limit, and I am concerned that the 30 day window might close soon.
