Is there please any update to my unarchiving request?
I’m very mindful that in the next couple of days, 30 days would have passed since they were archived, and therefore, I’m very concerned that they will become permanently lost.

Hi! Please could possibly get my e-mail going again? My e-mails have been "archived" as I don't use my account much - sorry! - I will be using it more in the future! Townman (I think your name maybe) has been trying to help me said to mention it is "for non-use archive". I am not receiving any new e-mails now and I am still able to sign in to my Plusnet account. I did ring about this a little while ago.

My mailbox has been archived due to lack of access. Please can it be restored. I assume you can get the details from my registration details, if not, please let me know.

Heya @dwp99,
I have had a look at your account and asked around, and I have been informed that your emails have not been archived within the last 6 months. The emails we sent were just a heads up; if they stay over the capacity, then we would archive them.
Taking a look at the emails, I can see that you have been migrated to Greenby as well. Have you tried logging into Greenby or contacting greenby support?

Like I’ve said in a previous reply, I seem to be trapped in a loop within the system, where, when my emails get archived, they don’t appear to register on your system (it’s almost an ‘invisible’ archive). Having said that though, you have managed to locate and unarchive them the previous three times for me.
Out of the four times, I know that I’ve almost certainly been under the size storage limit for two, and yet, they were still archived again. The whole process has been infuriatingly frustrating - I’ve spent many hours deleting emails, and although I totally appreciate that you’re doing your best, no one seems to have any answers.
