Yeah, it was because I hadn't accessed it. Didn't realise there were different systems going on/the need for detail.

@djtreharne  I also am unable to see any notification about the emails being archived on the account, I have raised a task on my end in the meantime and I will update you once I have some feedback from our NetOps team.

Thank you - I'm kinda concerned because it's been a few weeks and I saw a thing saying the archived emails are permanently deleted after a certain amount of time but doesn't say how long that is. Would it help if I forwarded you the email I received?

Hi, The email I received from Plusnet said messages would be kept safe for 30 days.

Please could you unarchive the mailbox beginning with 'm' on my account, twillcomp. Been away and unable to deal with the excess emails in time to keep them under the limit. Many Thanks.

It looks as if my emails have been archived - I’m left with just emails spanning the last two weeks.

Any update on my archived inbox being restored? It's been over a month since I received the email advising about it being archived now.

Does the new team know how to handle these requests and understand their time sensitivity?  There’s been no staff touch here for over a week … indeed not since Cri “retired” from this role.

I asked if my archived email could be restored, but it is now 2 weeks later and I still have no signs of any messages being returned.

Can this please be looked into once again. It is getting a lot more urgent now as the deadline for deletion approaches.
