Hi. Please could you reinstate my email in order for me to clean up. I thought I had done this but I fear they were not permanently deleted and sitting in a trash folder. Thanks.

Restoring archived mailbox

Hi, our mailbox has been archived as we haven't logged in for ages. How can we get this restored please?

No hope at all of getting everything back to May 2024.

Mailboxes are archived if not accessed for 90 days. Archives are then retained for 30 days. New email is then received as normal.

Given the long period of not being accessed there could have been several archive cycles the most recent of which might still be retrievable.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
