@pricetag - could you please DM us your Plusnet username and confirmation of the mailbox you require unarchiving?

@vamp - could you please DM us a screenshot of the email that informed you of your email archiving?

Aliases are just mirrors of the chosen mailbox so they shouldn't end up blocked.

Can you drop me a PM with more details so I can look into this for you?
