Archived email

Please could you restore emails archived due to my not accessing mailbox.

Hi there,

Can you PM me the email we've sent you which suggests we've archived your mail including the date/time we sent it?

I would be very grateful if my archived emails could be unarchived too. Didn't realise I had to access emails more regularly than I do at the moment. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I'm just having a look over this one and I can't see when these emails might have been archived. Have you received an email from us to let you know that any of your mailboxes will be archived? If so, please could you let us know when you received this email?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I had an email on 30th May informing me that the emails had been archived. Hope this helps you to solve my problem.

Thank you for getting back to us @sandra54. Unfortunately, we only keep archived emails around for up to a period of 90 days, meaning that we wouldn't be able to restore them from the archive in this case. I am really sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused.
