Archived email - need it back

Please return my archived email. You sent me a message sometime last year saying it was being archived. I was in hospital at the time and did not read it or understand it very well when I finally saw it. I now realise that older email from my family is missing. Please let me see this again. Thank you.

While I'm afraid I am unable to make any guarantees that we will be able to unarchive your emails due to the amount of time that has passed, I have submitted a request to try and do so.

If there is still an archive of the emails, I would expect these to be restored within the next 30 minutes.
However, if the archive has since been deleted, as this would only be stored for a limited period of time after being archived, I'm afraid it would not be possible for us to restore this for you.
