Anybody else still not able to send email from plusnet servers?

I cannot send email

I'm getting this error message:

Cannot send the message using server xxxxxxxxxx.co.uk

Sending the message content to the server failed.

The server response was: 0NCkwNBIqWlIO0NClwG3Hp message rejected due to spam or virus. If you believe this is in error please login to your portal or contact your ISP support team.

Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent.

It doesnt matter which outgoing mail server I try same response, I am able to send on webmail. This changed yesterday.

Which SMTP server are you using ?

relay.plus.net on server port 587 and server port 25

relay.plus.net on port 465 with SSL/TLS encryption & Credentials of email address + password is working for us.

relay.plus.net on server port 587 with STARTTLS encryption and Credentials of email address + password should be fine.

SMTP server port 25 I would 100% avoid, it is often blocked by other ISPs and mobile operators.
