Also having problems with the Free-online migration. Mailboxes not receiving incoming emails

Hi,
Received a migration email from Greenby Monday evening. Haven’t been able to receive emails to my two most used free-online mailboxes since. Raised a support ticket with Greenby. The Ai bot was insistent that migration of free-online hadn’t started yet. Asked to speak to a human and am still waiting. Who needs to fix this issue, Greenby or Plusnet? Really need access to my emails again asap.

I'm not convinced this is migration related.

Is the username you entered on the forum profile correct? If so, I can potentially see a problem. Either way, please confirm your email address and username on Fol. Thanks.
