This maybe to wrong place to ask this, if so would a mod move it to the right one please.
Can an email address book (in Thunderbird in this case) be exported to an Android tablet mail client?

Just to let you know, there is no easy method to do this apparently. Even Samsung customer service were flumoxed with it, in fairness they did eventually come up with an extremely long-winded route for migrating a Thunderbird address book into Android.
By the time I got an answer of sorts I had settled down to do the job longhand, fortunately Andriod doesn' t make this difficult, if somewhat time consuming.
