Whilst posting on the forum I got the following message,

Ops, error, Exception ID 3C69CC80.

What's that about ?

Did it occur when you clicked on 'Thanks'  or when posting a reply - if so It's been reported a few times.  Hopefully it's in the stack awaiting a lithium response.

Well i've just posted around 50 posts in a private board and can't get this error to show up. I looked at the staging instance and this looks like it wasn't something that I changed and is a typo in the system.

So I will raise a support ticket to get this typo fixed asap.

@LouisaMartin, can you raise a new support ticket for this? I have added it to our bug tracker page for reference. Should be pretty simple to fix on the backend as its just a typo.

@gleneagles Lithium have checked the logs for the exception below and haven't been able to find anything for the last 3 days. Can you try and recreate the error again and get me a screengrab please?
