Re: http://community.plus.net/exchange-information/

It's a blog?  Most of the data posted only has a short timespan of interest. Attempting to 'manage' each post for current relevance is very time consuming with little payback.
Just keep up with the current  (your choice) posts? Smiley

Re: http://community.plus.net/exchange-information/

If you look at when that blog post was started and when it was last updated the intention was to keep it updated. Somewhere there's a link to that post saying that. Like a lot of good Plusnet intentions it's fallen by the wayside!
(Did you realise Plusnet haven't had a single high priority incident affecting customers since March 2012? Link - look at the archive)

No, that sounds about right.
All incidents are now low priority and getting users through the door is now high priority.

I know what it is and when it was posted  Wink
Bearing in mind there is a link to it on the Plusnet MAIN page  so anyone seeing it would expect it to be up to date?Huh
which is why I was asking why it was there.
Actually it seems someone??  agrees and has removed the page  - it would of course be better if they had removed it from the front page or
even linked it to http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&support_action=maintenance&ispservice_id=adsldial
or to here: http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/mso.php?ac=vVU%2FF4Snca2jOgvTmwloomApX0nU5JpUMvMO4EWdLIaDMhxcPNC...
which seems to have current outage info
