Query: How are forum posts prioritised by staff?

Curious on this one as I've had a post open in the Fibre channel for the past week that's had a significant number of views but hasn't been addressed by the support team.

I appreciate things are busier than usual at the moment but I'd have thought that would mean more resources were dedicated through the community channels given the lower staff levels in the office?

Staff don’t browse the forum directly, there are support tools that co-ordinate and prioritise the posts in the forum / Facebook/ Twitter etc. And use the tools to respond.
As you say very busy times, just need to wait it out I’m afraid.
