PM pop-ups

For some reason I no longer get a pop-up informing me of a new PM yet I have the option Show a popup when you receive new messages? ticked.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I've never once had a popup! I didn't even know there was an option for it either lol

I have just turned the option off/on (in the hope that may have rectified things) and asked someone else by PM to send one as a test for me.
My turning off/on may have just been after you sent yours.
Just to mention that I do still get the email notifications but I don't always notice the PM ones in amongst all the subscribed threads.

Do you need the emails for subscribed threads? I have it set so that the only emails I get from the forums are for PMs.
Edit: I also have notification turned on for new topics in announcements.

I am not sure I get a popup if the Forum is open in the browser but I always do when I open it

I find both notifications convenient but not overly worried if the PM pop-up issue can't be solved.
I will just remember to look at the grey bar at the top of the forum
Great if it can be fixed no biggie if it can't 
@OlfJim I used to get the pop-up simply by refreshing the forum page I happen to be on.

You should - I do.
The only time you shouldn't get a pop up is if you are not logged in!

Just had a PM from another member and got the pop-up - whoopeee
But then as I attempted to click OK FF crashed grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Would someone kindly send another to see if that was a one-off crash.
