Matches what I'm seeing @jaread83 See also my note in the SU boards where Notifications appear (sometimes very late) but do not appear in the Notification count in the sidebar.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
