Modifying a post

How long do you have to modify a post ?
For example I asked a question under the Linux section and the problem is now solved so I wished to return to my initial post and add the word  Solved to the title but the option to modify was no longer there.

Re: Modifying a post

Just report the first reply to a moderator (using the report to moderator link) and request [SOLVED] be added to the title - I think that would work (have patience though the moderators may have other things to do).  Smiley

@gleneagles. I have changed the title for you Smiley
BTW it's 24 hours before a post can no longer edited.
