How do I remove FIXED label from my post?

yesterday

Just been to add to my thread and don't know how/why but it is marked as FIXED. As original poster is there a way to remove the 'fixed' label or a way to contact a moderator to get it removed so that I can continue the discussion?

Fix

yesterday - last edited yesterday

Go to the fixed post and click the 'Post options' dropdown. One of the options is Report to Moderator , ask them to remove the Fix

I thought it 'odd' that it'd been marked as fixed !

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
