Empty search query ? - NOT !

I was just trying to find the word "preview" in my own posts, using the forum "Advance Search" [SIC].

I had entered exactly this -

Advance search.jpg

Clicked on the [Search] button, and got this -

Empty search.jpg

What ?  Shocked

Re: Empty search query ? - NOT !

I have just done an advanced search and I too got nothing, however, clicking the advanced search entry again and selecting the same phrase and researching I got some 300 results, but even then they were not what I was looking for. I think there is already a thread regarding this so I'll post my comments there.

Re: Empty search query ? - NOT !

It's seems to be down to the horrible clunky way it works and the order in which you click the various options. I can't say I'm amused by it. As you say, we'll continue in the other thread.
