Hi,
I changed my email on the account. However to test it out a few hours by doing a forgot password thing, no email came through. The same for personal messages as well.

I've just requested that you get sent a reset link. Can you let me know if that comes through? Also tested my account and a test account and got both those.

Ah...
I've been a bit thick, my outlook has been odd and sent it to junk which doesn't alert me by any means.
I can say yes I've received the reset links and found the missing personal email messages as well.
