Comment Moderation

When you first make a comment on a Blog, it goes into a queue awaiting moderation.  Then, when it's moderated, you can comment further without having your comments moderated again.
At the moment, this is per blog.  Is there anyway that once a comment has been moderated on one PlusNet blog, you can comment on the others without requiring further moderation?

Or, come to think of it, do we even need moderation for registered users?
Just unregistered users should be moderated?  (Assuming unregistered users can comment).
