See screenshot - only started happening yesterday as far as I'm aware.

Re: ‘3 weeks’ is a long time

Looks like a daylight savings issue.  We're looking into it though!

Hi guys,
We've got a problem raised on this, I'll have a word and see if I can get it moving.

Re: ‘3 weeks’ is a long time

But will the solution become another component stuck in the great code freeze of 2009 Crazy

Re:‘3 weeks’ is a long time

There is no 'great code freeze of 2009', we're just keeping a particularly tight rein on things for the moment, and not making changes for changes sake. Problem fixes are still being rolled, but in priority order.

" ‘3 weeks’ is a long time"
That's true - but it's now 5 weeks since this issue was reported. The front page of Community is not a great advert for Plusnet!

Re: ‘3 weeks’ is a long time

Hmm... last time I had a response from Plusnet staff on "Employ more staff....... " thread....  was 3 weeks..... then I put a note in Rants, and two of them turned up within 10 minutes !...
My latest offering has only been up there for 2 days, so far, so another 2 weeks and 5 days to wait, ... ?  Undecided
