Re the second question - the moderators can ban you but that is the only way.
Of course as an alternative you could just stop posting

Different? Plusnet? router but likely the same explanation.
To 'close' Community account (as good as), go into password change: http://community.plus.net/forum/password.php , type something long and random (don't write it down or memorise it) then logout.
I guess you could ask a moderator to delete your account too, just not sure if they can do this.

Re: 192.168.1.253 query

Thank you oldjim for your advice, thank you also w23 for your very helpful advice, though I'm still not sure what this added device is? Maybe it would be best that I stop posting oldjim, seems I'm not getting anywhere by asking. Thanks again.

Re: 192.168.1.253 query

I think you'll find that even though you haven't got a printer connected, the .253 address is allocated to the internal print server of the Tg582. It's nothing to worry about.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Oh good grief! Try posting about your phone problems in this thread. I believe this may be the cause of your difficulties and I'm hoping some will know how to help.
