Website and internal systems issues

FYI we're experiencing an issue that's preventing access to the portal and some of our internal systems at the moment.
Please bear with us whilst we work to rectify the situation.

I've just tried for about the 10th time and finally got in

Portal login worked first time for me.
Portal problems should have no connection with work on the UserGroup/UserTools sites.
