Yes, but Plusnet have known they've had the problem since January?
Do Plusnet automatically refund the £1.50 or do I have to go through the hassle and expensive admin costs of sending them an email, should I notify the police?
If they've caused a bank account to go into the red will they pay any bank charges incurred?

TBH I am uneasy that there appears to be no or an exxtremely slack limit to the time after posting that an entry can be edited. I am willing to belive that the dit was in good faith, nevertheless it damages the trust one can put in forum entries as a whole.
