Severe Weather & CSC Resource

Due to the extreme weather conditions and associated travel problems being experienced in the Sheffield area we are operating with minimal staffing levels.
Customers calling today may experience delays in calls being answered. You can see our current wait times here: http://csc.plus.net/
During this period we ask customers to use the ticket system to raise less urgent requests to us, these can be raised through the help & support section of our website http://help.plus.net
Customers throughout the UK will be affected by this weather. We especially draw attention to the fact that broadband connections can be impacted by heavy snowfall and damp conditions. This may temporarily affect broadband sync and speed for some customers.
Once again, if your query is of a less urgent nature then please use our help & support section http://help.plus.net/ to raise a ticket and we'll answer it as soon as possible.
