Sam has been OOO yes, generally though it'll be ourselves (the team) in the forums and Sam/Jess ensuring we provide good coverage and supporting us in our roles.

Re: Introduction - New Team Leader - Sam Beresford

Chris,
That was a quick "catch" thank you.  We know that the "on the ground" staff do a good job with the day to day stuff, but as we both know there have been a lot of "where are we going" concerns which need feedback from "higher up".  Input has been solicited, feed back has been promised, but it has still to happen.  I am sure you will understand the desire to keep this on the radar, especially given the change of bridge commander?
Supporting you in your roles would be well demonstrated by coming here on a regular basis to address the bigger on going, not progressing issues.  In the meantime, you guys need new job titles "Ace Bullet Catchers".
Cheers,
Kevin
