Hi, everyone! New person here!
My name is Kirsty, I've been with Plusnet over 4 and a half years now and have been lurking on the forums whilst working in the Sales, Customer Options and House Moves departments (all at once!).
Just wanted to let you know that I'm here to help with whatever I can, and that I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all. If there's anything you need or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hi Kirsty,
Welcome to the battlefield.
Its a place which would not be a battlefield if there were not so many issues arising from the areas you've come from.  Cannot help wondering which is the best approach - to have really good experienced people in here managing the issues, or to have the really good people in those back office areas making sure the issues do not arise in the first place?
Anyhow, welcome to the battle, I hope your understanding of how things should work becomes better illuminated by the experience of what goes wrong - especially the misleading provisioning messages arising from when BTw decide to "bounce" (cancel) the order for whatever administrative reason.
