Re: Autumn Price increase FAQ's

Oldjim i read the FAQ  and I currently pay £5 for the anytime package and 14.50 for line rental,  I know the line rental is changing but what about the anytime package is that changing to there is no clear statement in this regard it just mentions the evening & weekend package

Re: Autumn Price increase FAQ's

If you pay £5 that doesn't change as the FAQ where it does change shows an increase from £4.50 to £5.00

Apologies if I missed this one but I really can't be bothered to go back through all the pages in this thread
LRS Renewal
This goes up to the standard price of £155.88
A new LRS doesn't include any calls whereas mine includes Evening and Weekends
So what is included when I renew
Can the staff please provide an answer to this

Re: Autumn Price increase FAQ's

I got the email yesterday, but shouldn't there also be a ticket on my account reflecting the line rental increase?
Having just checked there is no ticket wrt the price increase

BT own Plusnet.

But they are a completely different business, run separately and independently of BT.

I'm not sure how they can really be independent seeing as they are a wholly owned subsidiary of BT Group. In fact, on p38 of BT Group's 2014 annual report, they refer to Plusnet as nothing more than "our Plusnet brand".

Not so sure about that, e.g. BT retail customer accounts in shareholder figures include plusnet customers.  Same with profit/loss etc.

I made a similar comment in this thread just a few posts back, regarding the CRT staff not answering questions about these price increases, leaving 'Oldjim' to come up with yet another unofficial response to another customer's enquiry, only to have my comment deleted and receive a warning via PM that such comments were off topic.
Why can't a member of staff come up with a simple table of line rental permutations, and publish it, and eliminate all this confusion ?
The fact this thread has gone on so long indicates that the price rise message is not understood, causing customer anxiety, and needs spelling out in simple language or a chart, so that anybody can understand it.
I'm sure 'Oldjim' has better things to do, than repeatedly explain the price rise figures to everyone else.

Re: Autumn Price increase FAQ's

How is that off-topic? It's a fair point!
The last member of staff to post on here was Adam C on 1 Aug and his post (http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,129255.msg1131944.html#msg1131944) wasn't really relevant to the actual price increase. The last member of staff to actually answer some questions was Adam Walker on 23 July (http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,129255.msg1128068.html#msg1128068)
Many people here have asked questions that have not been answered. The lack of a member of PN staff to answer queries/questions speaks for itself.

If you had read my comments about the staff not listening - instead of deleting them - then perhaps you might have been more aware !  Angry
