Over the coming weeks most of you are likely to receive an email about some changes we'll be making to our phone pricing that will come into effect on 23rd September 2014.
125,000 emails will be sent each week over the next four weeks with the last emails being sent on 8 August 2014.

If you have any questions about the email you've received then feel free to ask them in this thread and we'll do our best to help.

1. Please search for an answer to your question before posting - it's likely that it has already been answered in a preceding post.
2. If you haven't yet received an email then please be patient and try to refrain from posting until you have. The emails are tailored to each specific customer's circumstances and should answer the majority of your questions.

I'm at a loss to understand how the emails can be tailored to each specific customer's circumstance considering line rental will either go up to £15.95 or £15.99 and increase in call plan charges are different. Not rocket science to work out...
Is their anything else to be expected in each email?

I presume things like mobile rates and CLID remain as now.

I am paying full price for fibre that doesn't work properly, no discounts for me.
I have also paid full price for LRS. Again no discount for me.
I have to pay extra for caller display to.
I agreed a 24 month contract with PLUSNET at the beginning of the year when I changed to fibre.
Yet again Plusnet are giving each and every customer the big UP YOURS.
You demand I sign up to binding contracts at a certain price, you even demand payment of the bill before its even due (as I pay by card and not DD)
BUT. When it suits Plusnet you ignore everything and put the bill up.
You laugh in my face in treat me with utter contempt.
So now it's time I treat PLUSNET with the contempt you deserve.
I will not pay the extra.
I will not be treated this way.
I'm off.
