A quick introduction

Hi,
Just thought I'd post a quick introduction so you all know who I am  Smiley
My name is Linn and I have just joined the Digi Care team this morning. I have worked at Plusnet for 1 and a half years and I am joining from the Provisioning department. I will be part of the team for the next few months so I'm sure I'll get to know most of you during this time.
Looking forward to speaking to you all!
Linn

Re: A quick introduction

Hi Linn.  Smiley
Please tell us a bit more about yourself, if you'd like.
1. What, if anything, do you geek out about?
2. What, if any, are your sports teams affiliations?
3. What sort of music are you into? Do you play an instrument? Gone to any gigs recently?
4. Where in the country/world, if anywhere, do you feel affinities to, and why?
5. Computer OS preference?
6. Into playing any games (board, sports, computer)?
7. What is your natural alignment? (Lawful v Chaotic, Good v Evil, Neutral with respect to either)
8. Cake or death?
9. Favourite film/book and why?
10.Are you a cricket bat-wielder, a schemer, a diplomat, a peace-keeper? At home, and at Plusnet towers.

Here are all the answers to the questions:
1. What, if anything, do you geek out about?
Drumming, animals and food.
2. What, if any, are your sports teams affiliations?
I follow climbing and bouldering mostly.
3. What sort of music are you into? Do you play an instrument? Gone to any gigs recently?
I'm mainly into Metal, Rock and Ska when it comes to general listening and gigs. I started playing drums when I was 12 and was in a band for 4 years, however, not played properly for a few years now. I enjoy some Trip-Hop, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Jungle and Reggae when I'm on nights out. The last gig I went to was probably Gentleman's Dub Club here in Sheffield. I've seen them about 4 or 5 times and they were brilliant every time!
4. Where in the country/world, if anywhere, do you feel affinities to, and why?
I have a strong connection to Sweden as I'm Swedish by nationality. I also have a very close bond with Madrid, Spain as I lived there for 5 years prior to moving to Sheffield.
5. Computer OS preference?
Windows.
6. Into playing any games (board, sports, computer)?
I'm not a massive online gamer. I have been known to take part in friendly Poker games and I have a lovely chip set at home Smiley
7. What is your natural alignment? (Lawful v Chaotic, Good v Evil, Neutral with respect to either)
Never really thought about this to be honest with you! I'd probably have to say Neutral.
8. Cake or death?
Death by cake Smiley
9. Favourite film/book and why?
This is such a difficult question! I have a different answer depending on genre! One movie that always stands out is American History X.
10.Are you a cricket bat-wielder, a schemer, a diplomat, a peace-keeper? At home, and at Plusnet towers.
I'm not entirely sure...I'd like to say I'm an "equalist" both at home and at Plusnet. I'd also say that I'm a "doer" but I always like to know why I'm doing something.
