regain control

Hi , plus net are hosting my website ( as they brought out my original supplier)
And I now have no way of updating, my web site nor did Plusnet ever contact me 

My old supplier was mad as fish but the logins I have for them do not work for plus net 

This is my website http://www.ninjutsu.org.uk/

If anyone has any bright ideas of how to get control of my site back I would be very grateful
