Plusnet have been rather quiet about this, the Business Broadband service is no longer taking new sign-ups or renewing contracts and will be shut down in the next 12 months. Customers will be offered a move to BT Business Services. Plusnet email addresses will be lost. There are some FAQs on the Business Website.
