Accessing CGI space

Hi, I activated my CGI space (it shows "active") but I can't connect using ftp or browser, it just times out the connection.
Any ideas?

I'm able to log into your account from here, are you still having problems? Worth bearing in mind that you can only connect from the Plusnet network.
