Re: upgrading product

Might be worthwhile just giving your modem/router a reboot to make sure the profile change kicks in.

Re: upgrading product

Can I hijack this thread to ask a question?
I upgraded to BBYW Option 1 a few months ago and took advantage of the free BT Voyager 210 router. If I now upgrade to BBYW Option 2, can I get the free one port wireless router and what would happen to my Voyager 210? Would I need to return this?
Thanks - Bob

Re: upgrading product

Hi Bob,
If you were to upgrade to Broadband Your Way option 2, we would be able to send you the wireless router, but we would need you to pay for your Voyager 210, which would cost £29.99.

Thanks for the reply.
If I wait a year (from when I signed up to BBYW Option1) can I think keep the 210 and get the free wireless router?

Re: upgrading product

Hi Bob,
You certainly may. You will have fulfilled your 12 month obligation on the existing hardware package.
