The past 2 days i have had constant disconects slow speeds high latency to the point where i cannot even stream on my TV i still have a contract till jan i am about to lose it i cannot do anything with my internet.

@carlhodgkinson If you have a fault - as you obviously do - then the quickest way to sort it is to report the fault via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

aparently it's been a big issue over the weekend as of 6 am this morning guess what its fine now i'm guessing they dont fix stuff over the wekend.
