Unfortunately the noisy line and frequent broadband disconnects are back again (perhaps coincidentally just after some more rain/damp weather...)
We've once again plugged our broadband and phone into the master socket and done the tests.
The line is sometimes exceptionally noisy and broadband is disconnecting a lot.
It now syncs at less than half where it was and still disconnects.
Can we get this reported as a noisy line/phone fault please.

I've just tested the line and no fault has been detected, this doesn't mean there isn't one just that the test didn't spot it. We're being requested to book an engineer, I'll create a ticket on your account with the information you need to know, if you can reply to it at https://contactus.plus.net letting us know your availability for an engineer visit we'll get that booked asap for you.
