iOS iCloud+ Private Relay whilst connected to PlusNet Fibre

Hi all, 

I am constantly getting Private Relay Enabled / Private Relay Disabled coming up on my iPhone when I am connected to my Plusnet Fibre at home. Private Relay is an iCloud+ feature. Here's a few things to mention:

• This only comes up when connected to Fibre at home. It does not come up if I connect to Wi-Fi at work or on 4G/5G.
• Plusnet Safeguard on my account is OFF
• Plusnet Protect is inactive
• My iPhone is running the latest iOS 26.4
• I have restarted my phone and router
• I have signed out of iCloud and back in again
• I have toggled Private Relay off and on

None of this has worked.

I have another person in the house with an iCloud+ subscription and the same happens for them too. 

This leads me to believe this issue is with my account or settings. I have checked two other posts on this forum where there are similar issues, to no avail.

This has only just started happening in the last 2 weeks. Any help gratefully received.

@Paul_Bantams I would suggest this question would be better asked  over on the Apple forums. Neither of my devices act in this way, and you are the first to mention it on here .

Thanks John. Yes I think it’s an Apple problem as there seems to be a lot reporting it on X etc. The odd thing is it only happens at home on my Plusnet connection though and not whilst on WiFi at work.
