my speed has dropped from 3mg to 357kbps .... i added 10 gig extra to my paid for allowance this month as i was aware i would be downloading a lot more than normal.......would PS reduce my speed without telling me?

Hi there,
If you were having your speeds restricted by us, it would be to 128Kbps, rather than 350ish.
I've had a look at your account, you appear to be being profiled correctly on both our and BTs network and the traffic management rules on your line appear to be correct.
Can you try rebooting your router and see if you notice an improvement in speed please?

hi re-booted router and pc and speeds back up now......sorry for not doing this first and thanks for your help
