grrr!!! internet is slow, high ping....

well I had speed problems, and guess what. Its gone even worse. Im downloading at 15kb/s
Internet is overall slow, loading pages/images etc...
High ping on Ventrilo, impossible to communicate in.
what is going on? Im getting very impatient now, as it is getting worse by the minute.

Looks like you've hit the usage allowance on your product, you can either add more usage per GB or wait for your billing date and it'll reset.
