i have run lots of speed test the past 2 months
photo 1 is the normal speed test
after going through adding my number for Further Diagnostics then is took me to page telling me to change user name to speedtest@speedtest_domain to run tap3 test

i have raised faults with plus net and have been told theres nothing wrong after 2 openreach visits and its just heavy usage
i never had this problem with talktalk or sky on the same line
