Ordi request

Please can you raise an Ordi request for my address.

The street over from me has FTTP and I belive uses the same pole as my street and I would like it to be reviewed to see if it can be changed in the database for us to get in too.

Does the pole that serves your property have an CBT (Connectorized Block Terminal) attached to it at the top.

It'll look something like this
