why is my broadband slow i am paying for 80 meg not 10 meg iplayer buffers and itv player and i want to change my router to a better one the techcolour is garbaged thinging of getting a tp link n600 or n750 or wr2543

Sorry to hear you're experiencing some speed issues with your connection.
Are you able to provide us with some more information, such as whether your device is connected with Ethernet (cabled in) or with Wireless? - If connected with wireless, have you tried Ethernet?
Please can you provide a speedtest result from http://www.speedtest.net - Selecting a location closest to London, UK
This will help us identify the potential cause of your issues.

It has come up with a potential issue with erratic fluctuation with your downstream sync speed. My suggestion would be to raise the fault via our website at http://faults.plus.net for our faults team to investigate.
